This is a great vacation lake house for family or family and friends that has a large gourmet kitchen. The house can sleep up to 16 comfortably. Renovations were made in 2013 to the master bathroom and a new couch and recliner were added to the living room. In 2016 and 2017, the interiors and exterior were freshly painted for a more contemporary look. The home is split into three levels. You first descend the stairs to the ground floor where you'll find a half bath and the bedroom set up with two twin beds with trundle beds. From the ground floor, you descend to another floor that has a half bath, a full bath, the room with queen bunk beds, and a room with a single queen. Both rooms open up to a patio that has views of the hills and the lake. Above the ground floor is the large, open living room, dining room, kitchen, and game room. This floor opens up to a patio that is above the one below and has seating for 8 and the BBQ pit. One more flight above the living room is the large master suite with master bathroom and a private patio. The garage door is just for show! It was converted into the game room and kitchen by the previous owners.

The Island On Lake Travis is a unique condo complex located on a 14 acre private island on Lake Travis. We now offer long term stay rates during the winter. Please inquire through VRBO if you are interested in escaping the harsh winters. This cozy condo is an "actual" one bedroom, one bath, not a studio. It is located on the second floor, steps away from the elevator. We have completely remodeled and decorated from top to bottom. Though we do not have a balcony, or lake view, we have a view of the courtyard, and we are steps away from access and views of the lake and pools. The living room and bedroom each have large 46" flat screen TV's with cable and WiFi. The bedroom has a king size bed. There is only ONE bed. Even though we prefer 2 guest occupancy, we have no problem having four guests. In this case, you would need to bring your own air mattresses or use the sectional. We have extra sheets and pillows in the master closet. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a keurig, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and dinnerware for 4 ( sorry, no dishwasher). The bedroom and bath come equipped with 2 sets of linens and 4 sets of towels. We do not provide body soap or shampoo. We have extra towels in a blue tub in the master closet and linens on the shelves. The property has a laundry room on the first floor. We have laundry supplies in the kitchen pantry on the left under air conditioner unit. There is one covered reserved parking space on the ground level and additional “guest” spaces outside as well. There are 3 elevators on the property. The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to take in wildlife, swimming, water sports, or just relaxing by the pool or lake.
